This Privacy Policy explains how Pro-Tech Network Limited ("Pro-Tech", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit protechnetworks.org or otherwise engage with our services.

Pro-Tech Network Limited is a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9250574, TIN 2623248013754) with its registered office at 10/11 Tecon Energy Park, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

We act as the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this site.

2. Scope and applicable law

This policy applies to all personal data we collect through this website, regardless of where you are located. We comply with:

3.1 Data you provide directly

• Consent — where you voluntarily submit information via our contact form, you consent to us using that information to respond to your enquiry.

Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless a client relationship has been established.

Client records: retained for the duration of the relationship and for a further 7 years thereafter to comply with tax and regulatory obligations.

Technical logs: retained for up to 90 days.

• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) — receives error reports from the site for debugging. Data is scrubbed of personal details before transmission. Privacy policy.
